Consultation
Have questions or concerns about your child's communication development? We can answer your questions, provide suggestions for at-home strategies, and recommend next steps for evaluation. Schedule your free consultation here.
Evaluation
An evaluation session includes up to two hours of assessing your child's speech sounds, language expressing, language understanding, and/or stuttering. We also collect background history and conduct parent interviews to obtain a comprehensive picture of your child's abilities. After, we create an easy-to-read evaluation report and treatment plan that prioritizes your goals for your child.
Therapy Session
Therapy sessions are child-led, tremendously motivating, and highly effective with our skilled clinicians! We encourage family participation so we can teach you the skills to succeed in between sessions for maximum progress!
IEP Advocacy and Support
Are you uncertain about how the IEP process works? Do you find yourself confused and intimidated by your child's IEP meetings? That's exactly what this service is for! We explain all the jargon, help you understand the procedures, explain your rights, ensure your concerns are addressed, and advocate for the support your child needs, because we understand that you know your child best.
Special Programs, Discounts
The special programs rate applies to our "Summer Sparks Program", which is designed to provide coverage of school-based speech therapy goals over the summer break.
Discounted therapy sessions are determined based on a household's ability to pay, which is often determined by income level or participation in other assistance programs. This is a form of support, making therapy services more accessible.

Superbills
Our therapy services may be eligible for reimbursement by your insurance provider using a superbill!
A superbill is an itemized form used by healthcare providers that reflects services rendered. Upon request, we will send you our superbill which includes everything that your insurance provider would need to reimburse your payments.
No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimates
Beginning January 1, 2022, if you’re uninsured or paying out-of-pocket, health care providers must provide you with an estimate of the expected charges before you get an item or service. This is called a good faith estimate.
We will provide you with an estimate prior to receiving services. It will include the expected charges for all items or services that are provided as part of the treatment plan. The provider must provide a list of all items and services associated with your care.
