We accept private pay with the ability to submit payments on a flexible schedule. We accept CareCredit, credit or debit card payments via our online system.
Our therapy services can be eligible for reimbursement by your insurance provider using a superbill. We value financial transparency and are always welcome to any questions or concerns.

Superbills
A superbill is an itemized form used by healthcare providers that reflects services rendered. A superbill is the main data source for the creation of a healthcare claim, which will be submitted to payers (the insurance company, funds, programs) for reimbursement.
Upon request, we will send you our superbill which has everything listed that your insurance provider would need to reimburse your payments. See example:
No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimates
Beginning January 1, 2022, if you’re uninsured or paying out-of-pocket, health care providers must provide you with an estimate of the expected charges before you get an item or service. This is called a good faith estimate.
We will provide you with an estimate prior to receiving services. It will include the expected charges for all items or services that are provided as part of the treatment plan. The provider must provide a list of all items and services associated with your care.
